The QA Tester/Developer will join the QA Automation team in order to help design, create and execute performance scripts for both Windows Forms and a SQL database. The QA Tester/Developer will be responsible for capturing and analyzing metrics and creating reports. This Consultant must be able to work in a collaborative environment consisting of multiple teams and functional areas. This is a six month contract on-site in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities Include:
Design, create and execute performance tests for Windows Forms application
Design, create and execute performance tests for T-SQL stored procedures
Develop Performance Benchmarks
Capture metrics for the purposes analyzing tests
Work in a collaborative environment across multiple teams and functional areas
Requirements:
3+ Years’ experience designing, writing and executing performance test
3+ Years’ experience with performance tools (QTP, LoadRunner, eggPlant Performance or similar tools in this category)
Proficiency with C#
Experience working with Cloud Services such as AWS or AZURE
Familiar with UI Automation/Coded UI
Experience with relational databases, table relationships, T-SQL and writing queries
Proficient with data formats such as XML or JSON
Excel at data analysis
Software development fundamentals
Understanding of software development processes
Ability and willingness to research functionality and design considerations
