Cisco Jabber Deployment (CJD) Course Overview:
The Cisco Jabber Deployment (CJD) course will prepare you to configure CUCM and IM&P servers, Microsoft Active Directory, and networking components such as DNS in preparation for deployment of Cisco Jabber. In addition, Cisco Mobile and Remote Access (MRA also known as Expressway) is deployed and configured allowing external endpoints to register to CUCM.

- Unified Communications administrators who are responsible for the planning and deployment of Jabber

Before attending this course, you must have the following:
- Working knowledge of CUCM and familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and DNS
